Normal hours are from 9a-5p (M-F).  We’ll provide non-emergency transportation for medical/dental/counseling/senior center appointments. We can also provide services if appointments are earlier than 9am or later than 5pm including Saturdays and all major holidays.  Give us a 48-hour notice and we’ll get you where you need to be.

That’s all we provide.  It makes sense and it’s more convenient for our members.  This service is unlimited for their non-emergency transportation needs to and from their medical/dental appointments. We eliminate unnecessary waiting because of our direct route and the door-to-door service.
Members would call UMHCS ahead of time; a minimum of 48 hours is required.  We’ll include regular reminders to our members prior to actual date of appointment.  And when necessary contact the medical office.
We currently provide rides for clients throughout Maryland.
